The Regional Manager will oversee the Saudi and Bahrain offices, ensuring growth and strategic direction in these key markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine and oil & gas solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers such as ship owners, operators, contractors, and consultants.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customer support and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to management.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Collaborate with regional and global sales teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • Experience in sales or business development within the marine and oil & gas sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and customer-centric.
