About the Role

Golden Chicken Farms (الفروج الذهبي) is seeking a qualified Saudi National to join our team as a Sales Supervisor. This full-time position is based in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with proven experience in the FMCG sector, specifically within fresh food products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams effectively to achieve objectives.
• Drive market development initiatives and expand customer relationships.
• Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Implement strategies to enhance sales performance within the FMCG fresh food sector.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory-level sales position.
• Strong experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
• Previous experience with fresh food products is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage sales teams.
• Solid understanding of sales targets, customer relationship management, and market development strategies.
