Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company.
• Conduct daily safety audits and inspections across various worksites and facilities.
• Identify potential health and safety hazards, proposing preventive measures to mitigate risks.
• Participate in investigations of incidents, collecting evidence to identify root causes for corrective actions.
• Coordinate health and safety trainings, including toolbox talks and emergency procedures.
• Monitor compliance with safety plans and coordinate corrective actions for non-conformance cases.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Safety Officer role within the construction industry. Familiarity with elevator systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a valid driving license are essential for this role.

We are looking for experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.

Job Details:
• Location: Saudi Arabia (On Site)
• Industry: Transmission Lines / Substation Projects
• Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
• Joining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
• Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
• NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles
• Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects
• Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to establish and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) that ensures the highest safety standards in line with our commitment to a zero-accident culture.

Job Purpose
The Safety Officer will play a pivotal role in implementing and improving OHSMS, ensuring compliance with SDEC and client safety management requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the QA/QC Country Manager in developing and implementing the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Conduct training sessions to educate staff on OHSMS 45001 standards and SDEC SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory safety requirements.
• Perform job and risk hazard analyses, and conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Prepare timely safety reports, incident investigations, and compliance reports.
• Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.

Qualifications and Relevant Certifications
A diploma or higher in a relevant field, along with safety management certifications such as OSHA, IOSH, NVQ, or NEBOSH is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
