About the Role: As a Safety Supervisor at Mitsubishi Electric Saudi Ltd., you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring safety procedures are implemented across all company projects. Your role is critical in facilitating a safe work environment for employees and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and implement emergency plans according to company policies.
- Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure that safety instructions are understood and followed by field technicians.
- Conduct periodic inspections of equipment safety and fire extinguishers.
- Monitor overall safety procedures and conduct safety inspections on site.
- Instruct workers in safety equipment use and procedures.
- Evaluate unsafe working conditions and take necessary corrective actions.
- Report on incidents and accidents to the relevant parties.
- Monitor compliance changes to legislation and implement necessary updates to safety procedures.
Profile:- 5+ years of experience in the construction/engineering industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or a related field.
- IOSH Managing Safely Certification and OSHA 30 Hours Certified.
- Certified First Aider from a recognized institution.
