We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Human Resources Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team in our Riyadh office. This role is pivotal in overseeing various HR operations which include:
  • Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Managing employee relations to foster a supportive workplace culture.
  • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in HR Management and operations, including:
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and a comprehensive understanding of HR laws in Saudi Arabia.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to enhance team performance.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies is a significant advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
