About the Role:
Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll administration and attendance tracking.
  • Facilitate internal communication between HR and other departments.
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
