KEY ROLE:
  • End-to-End Recruitment.
  • Onboarding & HR documentation.
  • Employee record management.
  • Payroll management & supporting day-to-day HR operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-5 years of non-IT recruitment experience, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Bachelor's in HRM/ MBA (HR).
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
  • Candidate should have prior work experience in Saudi Arabia.
