Join Our Team as an HR Coordinator!
Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a difference in the heavy steel industry? We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support human resource functions and enhance our team's productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate recruitment activities, assist with onboarding, and maintain accurate records of hiring processes.
  • Employee Relations & Communication: Act as the point of contact for HR inquiries, support management in addressing employee concerns, and organize engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure adherence to HR regulations, maintain employee records, and prepare compliance documentation.
  • Training & Development: Schedule training sessions, track employee development activities, and assist in career progression planning.
  • Health, Safety, and Well-Being: Collaborate to implement safety initiatives and organize health training programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits administration and processing payroll data.
  • HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain performance evaluations and prepare HR reports for management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all staff levels.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the heavy steel industry.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Experience in employee health and safety programs.
