Foreground is partnering with a leading consumer electronics and home appliances distribution organization in Saudi Arabia to enhance its regional commercial operations. We are seeking experienced Regional Sales Managers to lead territory performance, expand market coverage, and drive sustained revenue growth across key distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the commercial performance of an assigned territory, ensuring revenue growth across Retail, B2B, HORECA, and Wholesale channels.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
  • Strengthen distributor and client relationships.
  • Monitor pricing and promotional execution.
  • Ensure availability and visibility of products across all key outlets.
  • Oversee territory forecasting, client acquisition, pipeline development, and regional performance tracking.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution sales within Saudi Arabia.
  • A strong network across retail, wholesale, B2B, or HORECA clients.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Proven ability to manage territory-level P&L.
  • Expertise in developing key customer relationships and leading field sales execution.
