Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Promote and sell company products in line with sales targets
• Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Provide high-level customer service and technical coordination
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to participate in or support product and sales training sessions
• Strong market awareness and ability to analyze trends
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team-driven, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Draftsman to become part of our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a vital role in preparing precise civil drawings and collaborating with various stakeholders in the construction and building sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
• Develop drawings for site layouts, grading, roads, drainage, utilities, and structures.
• Interpret engineering designs, sketches, and calculations.
• Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
• Ensure drawings comply with local codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
• Minimum 5–6 years experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
• Understanding of construction drawings and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
