Responsibilities:
  • Accurately analyze operational costs and provide detailed reports to support decision-making.
  • Gather data related to direct and indirect expenses.
  • Monitor variances between actual and planned costs.
  • Provide advice on cost-reduction measures and improving profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate costs for new projects.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports that provide clear insights for senior management.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or a higher diploma.
  • Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in cost accounting.
  • Strong skills in financial data analysis.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Experience with financial software such as Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounting standards.
