About the Production Supervisor Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations at a date factory located in Buraydah, Al Qasim. This full-time position requires a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in a production environment. The role is focused on ensuring efficient and high-quality output throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of the production plan to achieve set targets.
• Monitor all stages of the production process, including date production, washing and cleaning, sterilization, seed removal, packaging, and final wrapping.
• Distribute workers according to production plans and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor worker output and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across all production phases.
• Maintain continuous communication with the production department to address any observations or non-compliance issues.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning supplies in required quantities.
• Monitor waste and loss, implementing necessary actions for reduction.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production line and work environment, applying safety standards.
• Participate in production operations and monitor the flow of raw materials.

Performance Metrics

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on several key indicators, including:

• Achievement of daily production targets (%).
• Rate of waste and loss.
• Production line efficiency.
• Number of non-compliance cases.
• Adherence to delivery schedules.
• Waiting hours due to material shortages.
• Annual production per working hour.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in a production supervision role.
• Experience within a food production environment, specifically with dates, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production teams and processes effectively.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Buraydah, Al Qasim. The role requires consistent on-site presence to manage daily operations.
