Production Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of production and ensuring the achievement of quality and quantity goals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and scheduling production tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitoring the performance of the production team and providing necessary guidance and support.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages of production.

- Direct supervision of all stages of production from receiving the manufacturing order to final delivery.
- Distributing daily tasks to work teams and following up on completion.
- Monitoring productivity and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensuring compliance with approved quality standards and reducing errors and waste.
- Following up on the availability of raw materials and operational needs and coordinating with procurement when necessary.
- Preparing a daily and weekly production plan based on approved orders.
- Following up on equipment operation and maintenance in coordination with the relevant authorities.
- Addressing operational problems and taking necessary corrective actions.
- Preparing periodic reports on production, quality, waste, and productivity.
- Training new employees and developing the skills of work teams.
- Suggesting improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Distributing daily tasks to work teams and following up on completion.

- Ensuring compliance with approved quality standards and reducing errors and waste.

Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
