Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Lead brand positioning efforts and ensure a consistent, compelling brand identity across all channels.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with overall business operations.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in strategic marketing, preferably in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing environments.
- Deep knowledge of core marketing principles (product, price, place, promotion) and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
