Key Responsibilities

• Manage the tele-sales team: Recruit and train sales representatives in persuasive techniques and customer handling.
• Develop sales strategies: Design tailored marketing and sales strategies for the targeted real estate market.
• Client communication and deal closing: Build strong relationships with potential clients through phone calls and understand their needs for successful sales.
• Market analysis: Monitor real estate trends and competitor offerings, providing regular sales performance reports to management.
• Enhance customer service: Ensure outstanding customer service and swift resolution of client inquiries while managing the client database.
• Achieve sales targets: Implement plans to increase conversion rates from calls to sales and monitor team performance.

Qualifications

• Over two years of experience in tele-sales within the real estate sector.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to analyze the market and formulate effective sales strategies.
