Position Summary:This role requires basic knowledge in chemistry or food science, and a technical background is preferred. You will be responsible for executing the production plan on time and ensuring a collaborative approach with the production team in our Green Field Factory.
Main Responsibilities:- Execute the production plan, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Encourage and develop the skills of your team.
- Maintain safety, quality, and line efficiency during shifts.
Key Functional Responsibilities:- Safety: Keep assigned areas clean and maintain all installations; conduct regular risk assessments.
- Quality: Adhere to GMP and HACCP standards; perform continuous line controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead effective initiatives for improving operational practices.
- People Development: Contribute to team competencies and onboarding processes.
- Line Performance: Optimize machine setups and manage operational parameters.
- Cost Management: Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to material consumption standards.
- Productivity: Distribute responsibilities effectively among team members to meet production goals.
- Initiative Mindset: Promote safety and quality culture, aiming for zero waste and high efficiency.
What Will Make You Successful:- High School degree, preferably a Diploma in Engineering or Food Science.
- 2-3 years of experience in a production environment.
- Ability to lead cross-departmental projects.
- Experience with continuous improvement practices like TPM.
- Proven leadership capabilities within a manufacturing environment.
