نحن نبحث عن اخصائي مشتريات متمرس للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. كجزء من دورك، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ عمليات الشراء وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة، والتنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لتحديد احتياجاتها من المواد والخدمات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • البحث عن الموردين وعرض الخيارات المناسبة للمقارنة.
  • التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الأسعار والشروط.
  • إعداد أوامر الشراء ومتابعة تنفيذها.
  • متابعة توريد المواد والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المطلوبة.
  • المساهمة في تحديث قاعدة بيانات الموردين.
  • مراقبة المخزون والتأكد من توفر المواد بالكميات المناسبة.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن المشتريات ورفعها للمسؤول المباشر.
  • الالتزام بالأنظمة والسياسات الداخلية واللوائح ذات العلاقة.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المشتريات.
