Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all required documents and forms are completed and submitted on time.
- Supervise attendance and leave records and prepare related reports.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation required by management or regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment, and labor law requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel affairs is preferred.
