  • تنظيم مواعيد المدير/الرئيس وتذكيره بها.
  • إجراء المراسلات مع الجهات الخارجية وتوقيعها من المدير/الرئيس.
  • حضور الاجتماعات وتسجيل محاضر الاجتماعات.
  • حفظ الوثائق والملفات المتعلقة بأعمال المدير/الرئيس.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل.
  • التنسيق مع مدراء الإدارات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
دبلوم سنتين بعد الثانوية في الإدارة العامة أو السكرتارية التنفيذية.
الخبرة المطلوبة:
سنتان.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the lighting industry.
  • Experience with local and international suppliers and knowledge of import/export procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
