About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our daily accounts receivable operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise processing of customer invoices and receipts, performing essential reconciliations, and actively supporting month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer invoices into the legacy accounting system.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure that all necessary supporting documentation is complete and compliant.
• Process customer receipts efficiently and allocate collections precisely to the correct accounts.
• Prepare comprehensive daily customer and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation reports.
• Provide support for various month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

System Environment and Transition

This role operates within a critical period for the company, as we are undergoing an ERP transition. The Accounts Receivable Accountant will be tasked with ensuring the highest level of accuracy and data integrity within the existing legacy accounting system throughout this transition phase, contributing to a smooth and successful system migration.

Required Experience

We are looking for candidates who bring 2 to 5 years of progressive experience specifically in accounts receivable or a closely related accounting function. A proven track record of managing AR processes and reconciliations is highly valued.
