About the Administrator Role

Etihad is seeking a full-time Administrator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role requires 2-5 years of previous experience in a similar administrative capacity. The Administrator will be responsible for a range of accounting and statistical duties, ensuring operational efficiency and monitoring departmental financial status.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrator will manage various administrative tasks, serving as a key point of contact for departmental inquiries, reports, letters, issues, memorandums, and meeting minutes. Accuracy, high quality, and timely delivery are essential. This role involves handling manager's meetings and appointments, coordinating staff leave, travel arrangements, IT requests, and other staff-related needs. The Administrator will also be responsible for raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), and managing reservations.

Key duties include exporting monthly reports from Rostima, reconciling daily attendance, publishing rosters, and tracking department staff files. The role also supports new joiners by providing initial requirements such as uniforms, employee handbooks, and system access. Generating monthly consolidated reports, reconciling figures against actuals, and ensuring timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports are critical. The Administrator will maintain organized filing, organization, and record-keeping systems. Furthermore, close liaison with airline-related tasks and stakeholders, including Flight Editing, NOC, and Customer Service, is required, along with assisting internal departments with operational planning. Maintaining office equipment and ensuring a high level of confidentiality are also core responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language (oral and written).
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar administrative role.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in IT, including mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as order process technologies, is essential for this role.
