About the Role: Assembly & Test Technician

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is responsible for the precise assembly and testing of instrumentation components and assemblies, ensuring adherence to technical drawings, work instructions, and established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble instrumentation components, panels, devices, and related equipment in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, cable termination, crimping, and connection of instrumentation components.
• Read and interpret basic electrical/instrumentation drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Safely and correctly use hand tools, measuring instruments, and assembly equipment.
• Conduct basic checks and functional testing of assembled units.
• Identify and report assembly defects, wiring issues, or damaged components to the supervisor.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to HSE procedures.
• Record completed work and report any production or quality issues.
• Support other production activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A technical/vocational diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in instrumentation or industrial equipment assembly is preferred.
• Basic ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical/instrumentation components.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and follow safety procedures.
