About the Role: Biomedical Engineer, Commercial Operations

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Biomedical Engineer for Commercial Operations to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting the commercial and technical operations of medical devices and rehabilitation equipment, including product evaluation, supplier coordination, technical documentation, procurement support, and after-sales services. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate medical devices and rehabilitation equipment based on technical specifications and market requirements.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding product specifications, quotations, availability, and technical support.
• Support procurement, sourcing, and commercial activities related to medical devices and rehabilitation equipment.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, product specifications, and commercial proposals.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and technical training when required.
• Follow up on product orders, deliveries, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Assist in identifying new medical technologies, products, and business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations and quality standards, including relevant Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure efficient commercial operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A qualified Biomedical Engineer with a strong understanding of commercial operations.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
