About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead and manage industrial electrical and E&I construction projects. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and involves overseeing projects from mobilization and installation through testing, commissioning, energization, and final client handover.

Project Leadership and Management

The Electrical Construction Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, management, and supervision of industrial electrical construction projects. This includes leading teams and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise industrial electrical construction projects.
• Lead the installation of MV/LV substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and switchyards.
• Supervise cable laying, jointing, termination, testing, and energization activities.
• Oversee the installation of motors, pumps, VFDs, protection, metering, and control systems.
• Coordinate PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and communication-system works.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project schedules.
• Support planning teams with construction plans, manpower requirements, and material forecasts.
• Manage engineers, technicians, labor teams, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Enforce HSE requirements, permit-to-work procedures, and safe working practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should be senior electrical construction professionals with over 10 years of experience. The role requires strong hands-on project leadership experience across industrial electrical systems, with the capability to manage construction activities, teams, subcontractors, and client coordination. The successful candidate will be adept at delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to specification.
