Environment Health Safety & Security (EHSS) Engineer

About the Role

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking an Environment Health Safety & Security (EHSS) Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring compliance with EHSS policies and regulations within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company EHSS policies, procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and HSE audits.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and preventive measures to minimize workplace hazards.
• Coordinate emergency response plans, fire safety inspections, and evacuation drills.
• Conduct EHSS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety systems.
• Maintain EHSS records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in Environment Health Safety & Security. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage and implement EHSS protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Work Environment
