About the ERP Specialist Role

A confidential government entity in the Eastern Province is seeking a skilled ERP Specialist to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in managing and optimizing ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment.
• Provide day-to-day system administration, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customize the system to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support ERP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and user training.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and ERP business processes.
• Experience with system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in ERP implementation, upgrades, or integrations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
