About the Microsoft Dynamics ERP Specialist Role

Laverne Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing ERP Human Resources modules. The role is central to ensuring the efficient automation and alignment of HR processes with business objectives.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Microsoft Dynamics ERP Specialist will be responsible for the management, support, and optimization of the Human Resources modules within the company's ERP system. This includes overseeing and enhancing HR functionalities such as payroll, recruitment, employee records, performance management, attendance, and benefits administration.

  • Participate in ERP HR implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Gather and document HR business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Administer and maintain HR modules within the ERP system, including configuration of workflows, approval processes, user roles, and security access.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot ERP HR-related issues, and coordinate system upgrades and new feature implementations.
  • Manage employee master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Support payroll processing, leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain organizational structure, job grades, and reporting lines within the system.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
  • Analyze HR workflows and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system efficiency.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for ERP HR processes.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide insights on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and payroll trends.
  • Support audits through accurate HR system records.
  • Provide training to HR users and employees on self-service portals and system functionalities.
  • Offer first-line support for system issues and user inquiries, preparing user manuals and training materials as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, data governance, and information security standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and operational continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR systems or ERP HR modules.
  • A strong understanding of core HR processes, including payroll, attendance, recruitment, and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, Workday, or similar systems.
