About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for its pre-opening Hilton Airport property in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of Housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Oversee and uphold cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs for the housekeeping team.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, particularly as related to proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in housekeeping management. The role requires a professional who can lead operations, maintain quality standards, and manage a team effectively.
