Role Overview

Bayut KSA is seeking an experienced Field Sales Consultant Classifieds to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role requires conducting daily calls and meetings in the market, adopting a consultative approach to assist clients in making informed decisions, and leveraging their business needs to achieve results. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial customer engagement to closing sales.
Maintain consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
Educate customers on aligning their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions through a consultative approach.
Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects for long-term growth.
Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and creating relevant campaigns to maximize their returns.
Understand customer business needs and set appropriate data-backed expectations.
Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests.
Draft and deliver proposals based on customer needs.
Report on sales activity through daily visit reports and market intelligence.
Represent the company and its brand professionally in the marketplace.
Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.

Required Experience

2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within classifieds or a related industry.
