About the Field Sales Consultant Role

Bayut KSA, part of the Dubizzle Group and the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Field Sales Consultant for its Eastern region operations in Dammam. This full-time position involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs and offering tailored advertising solutions to drive their success. The role requires a consultative approach to guide clients in making informed decisions that leverage their business objectives for exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial customer engagement through to closing sales.
  • Conduct consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
  • Educate customers on aligning their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions using a consultative method.
  • Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects to ensure long-term growth and sustainability.
  • Support clients by presenting sales and marketing solutions and developing relevant campaigns to maximize their returns.
  • Understand customer business needs and set appropriate, data-backed expectations.
  • Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound customer requests.
  • Draft and deliver proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Report on sales activity, including daily visit reports, and market intelligence.
  • Represent the company and its brand professionally in the marketplace.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A valid and current driving license in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in sales within the internet advertising industry is required.
  • Basic understanding of CRM operations.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Required experience level: 2-5 years.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present advertising solutions effectively via video conference or in-person.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client objectives, structure their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
