Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable: Update accounts payable, perform reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process vendor invoices with proper coding and approval.
  • Payment Management: Prepare payment proposals for vendors, ensuring timely disbursements.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and address inquiries.
  • Reconciliation: Regularly review and reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Journal Entries: Post and process journal entries accurately.
  • Daily Cash Management: Manage daily petty cash effectively.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Basic Knowledge of VAT & Tax: Assist in VAT filing and comply with tax authorities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and timely data entry.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company.
