We at Qanbar Dwaidagh are looking for a meticulous accountant to join our dynamic team in the market research industry.

About the role:
As an accountant, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights that drive business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow their accounting expertise while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and timely process and record vendor invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare scheduled payment schedules while ensuring compliance with approval policies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closings related to accounts payable.
  • Identify and report billing errors, duplicate payments, or processing issues.

Requirements:
  • SOCPA certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the accounts payable cycle.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Personal skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and integrity.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
