About the GT Fact Finder Role

Siemens Energy is seeking a GT Fact Finder to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the optimal performance and minimal downtime of gas turbines through detailed technical analysis and troubleshooting. The role involves overseeing turbine operations and commissioning, collaborating with relevant teams to support smooth start-up processes, and conducting hands-on maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical analysis and troubleshooting of gas turbines to resolve operational issues.
• Oversee the operation and commissioning of turbines, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
• Perform mechanical maintenance activities within power generation and Oil & Gas environments.
• Maintain and update technical documentation to accurately reflect equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Collaborate with international teams to proactively identify and solve problems, fostering innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the operation and commissioning of Siemens, Alstom, MHI, or GE turbines.
• Strong mechanical maintenance skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in challenging conditions.
• Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office; additional IT competencies are beneficial.
• Understanding of industry standards for Quality and HSE.
• A proactive problem-solving attitude.
