Overview of the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Head of Sales – Diesel Generators to lead and expand the generator business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead the sales and service team and drive business development across sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rental, and Government.
• Develop relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
• Manage major projects, tenders, negotiations, and key accounts.
• Provide technical guidance on power solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge of generator systems, including generator sizing, synchronization, AMF/ATS, and power solutions.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia/GCC market is preferred.
• Experience with brands such as Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi, MTU, Volvo Penta, Kohler, or AKSA is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• A Saudi driving license is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves leading a sales and service team and engaging with various industrial and governmental sectors across Saudi Arabia.
