Abunayyan Holding is seeking a dedicated Health Safety Environment Officer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the company's operational standards across its manufacturing and office environments.

Role Overview

The Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Management System. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and ISO standards, conducting necessary inspections and investigations, and fostering a robust safety culture throughout all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions, awareness sessions, and safety training.
• Monitor HSE performance and prepare monthly management reports.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Coordinate internal and external QHSE audits.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and quality improvement programs.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and quality performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or QA/HSE Officer.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or construction environments.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems.
