About the Role

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a Host / Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team in Dammam. This full-time position is ideal for dynamic and self-motivated professionals looking to advance their careers in hospitality. The role focuses on providing a warm welcome and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
• Welcome guests to the assigned outlet, escort them to tables, ensure they are attended to, and serve as a constant point of contact.
• Manage outlet reservations, maintain the reservation book, and answer telephone inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the service team to set up the outlet prior to business hours.
• Coordinate with the service team to arrange tables according to the floor plan for reservations or to block off reserved tables.
• Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and its entrance area.
• Ensure guest well-being by maintaining close, friendly, yet discreet contact.
• Memorize all menus and ongoing promotions to provide recommendations upon guest request.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of the outlet's customer database.
• Confirm guest satisfaction upon their departure from the outlet.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a similar Food & Beverage role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide efficient and courteous service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
