About the Opportunity
MBRF, one of the world's largest food companies, is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Al Joody Factory. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a company that actively promotes the growth of its internal talent. Role Summary
The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. This position involves identifying talent needs, supporting workforce planning, and implementing programs to attract, develop, and retain talent, ensuring compliance and fostering employee engagement within the Al Joody Factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps in collaboration with business leaders.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure timely hiring and onboarding plans that support business objectives and budget requirements.
- Align HR practices with departmental and overall business goals.
- Support workforce planning and people strategies to meet future organizational needs.
- Implement programs focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
- Support recognition and incentive initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure employees are informed and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support for grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal regulations.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and track key KPIs.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and plans, ensuring managers and employees are updated on any policy changes.
- Participate in departmental meetings and provide HR guidance, supporting the organization of internal events and employee engagement activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of essential experience in a relevant HR role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (ERP based) systems; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Native Arabic speaker with essential fluency in English.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based at the Al Joody Factory in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role operates within a large food company environment, offering a structured setting for professional growth and contribution.
