About the HR Business Partner Role at MBRF
MBRF is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to talent development and HR strategy within a dynamic organization that prioritizes internal growth. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding plans align with business objectives and budgets.
- Align HR practices with departmental goals and support workforce planning and people strategies for future organizational needs.
- Implement programs focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
- Support recognition and incentive initiatives to foster employee engagement.
- Ensure employees are informed about and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee inquiries, grievances, disciplinary actions, and capability cases.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal regulations.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and plans, ensuring managers and employees are updated on any changes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, provide HR guidance, and assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (ERP-based); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English proficiency.

- Comprehensive understanding of core Human Resources functions, including compensation, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- High organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
