About the HR Business Partner Role at MBRF

MBRF is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements, and skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding plans align with business objectives and budgets.
  • Align HR practices with departmental goals and support workforce planning and people strategies for future organizational needs.
  • Implement programs focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Support recognition and incentive initiatives to foster employee engagement.
  • Ensure employees are informed about and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee inquiries, grievances, disciplinary actions, and capability cases.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and plans, ensuring managers and employees are updated on any changes.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, provide HR guidance, and assist in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (ERP-based); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English proficiency.

Essential Competencies

  • Comprehensive understanding of core Human Resources functions, including compensation, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, with the capacity to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • High organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
