A core aspect of the role is to keep tasks organized for both our internal team and client operators, ensuring clear documentation and accurate project logging within a remote work environment. The work emphasizes practical problem-solving, including technical mapping, tracking specific routing rules, and closing integration gaps before system handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the status of technical fixes, including routing rule updates and database reconciliations.
• Maintain the project log to ensure all identified friction points are assigned and addressed.
• Draft clear, plain-language status updates to explain technical hurdles to client operations teams.
• Organize documentation for new workflows, establishing a clear source of truth for clients.
• Monitor project backlogs to identify recurring issues that may indicate deeper system failures.
