Keemart is seeking a dedicated Last Mile Supervisor to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is critical for overseeing the daily operations of the last-mile delivery module, ensuring efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Last Mile Supervisor will be responsible for the comprehensive management of delivery operations within the designated region. This includes developing and executing delivery plans, monitoring performance, and addressing operational challenges to ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dark store delivery module, including developing regional delivery management plans and supervising their on-site execution.
• Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitoring daily activities, service quality, and performance metrics.
• Collect feedback on fulfillment issues, provide resolutions, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the training of supervisors and riders within the region to enhance overall employee quality and business capabilities.
• Ensure high service quality across all sites in the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize delivery operations.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves working within a dynamic operational environment focused on efficient last-mile delivery services.
