About the Librarian – Evening Shift Role

Alasala Colleges is seeking a Librarian – Evening Shift to manage and oversee daily library operations during evening hours. This full-time role involves assisting students and faculty, managing circulation services, and maintaining an organized library environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily library operations during the evening shift.
• Assist students and faculty in locating books, references, and academic resources.
• Handle library circulation services, including borrowing, returning, and renewing materials.
• Maintain accurate and organized library records, catalogs, and databases.
• Ensure proper arrangement, classification, and organization of library materials.
• Respond to library inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.
• Monitor library facilities and ensure compliance with library policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to support library services.
• Prepare library reports, records, and related documentation as required.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth library operations.
