Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

BDP International is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of logistics and forwarding operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of shipments and documentation. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from initiation to completion.
• Conduct plausibility analysis of customer orders.
• Plan, book, and execute transportation orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on all shipments.
• Handle customs processing for both export and import.
• Manage documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing.
• Provide feedback to customers through various channels (mail, phone, EDI), including internal and external reporting of shipments.
• Address and resolve operational troubleshooting issues.
• Report non-conformances in accordance with established KPIs.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors based on agreed rates.
• Ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
• Process freight audit payments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
• A professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam and operates on a full-time schedule. The Logistics Coordinator will work within a professional environment, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.
