About the Role

Napco National is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position involves supporting quality control processes and ensuring the efficient operation of production machinery. The role requires a candidate with 2-5 years of relevant experience in the extrusion field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet established finished goods specifications.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production line throughout the shift and during month-end procedures.
• Accurately complete and submit the daily production report to the Production Team Leader.
• Perform correct machine setup and execute size changeovers as required.
• Manage raw materials, including receiving, returning, and transferring to and from the Raw Material Warehouse.
• Immediately report any machine issues to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Ensure proper storage of all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials in their designated areas.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines and participate in HSE toolbox talks.
• Engage in all relevant Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and improvement processes.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the extrusion field.
• A solid understanding of extrusion and printing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Good physical condition, capable of working in demanding environments, including hot conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and in challenging circumstances.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role involves working within a production environment that may include hot and demanding conditions.
