About the Machine Operator Role

Napco National is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position involves supporting the Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet established finished goods specifications. The role requires a dedicated individual with a strong understanding of production processes and a commitment to maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Inspector in verifying that all products adhere to standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production line throughout each shift and during month-end procedures.
• Accurately complete and submit the daily production report to the Production Team Leader.
• Perform correct machine setups and execute size changeovers as required.
• Manage raw materials, including receiving, returning, and transferring them to and from the Raw Material Warehouse.
• Promptly report any machine issues to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Ensure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated locations.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines and participate in HSE toolbox talks.
• Engage in all relevant Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the extrusion field.
• A solid understanding of extrusion and printing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and in challenging conditions.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Good physical condition enabling work in demanding environments, including areas with elevated temperatures.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a production environment that may involve challenging conditions.
