About the Machine Operator Role

Napco National is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for its facility in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role requires a candidate with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in extrusion operations. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery, contributing to the production of high-quality goods.

Key Responsibilities

The Machine Operator will perform a range of duties to support production and quality standards. This includes:

• Assisting the Quality Inspector to verify that all products meet specified finished goods standards.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the production line throughout the shift and during month-end procedures.
• Accurately completing and submitting daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Performing correct machine setups and executing size changeovers as required.
• Properly handling raw materials, including receiving, returning, and transferring them to and from the Raw Material Warehouse.
• Promptly reporting any machine issues to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Ensuring that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated areas.
• Adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines and participating in HSE toolbox talks.
• Engaging in all relevant Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience in the extrusion field.
• A strong understanding of extrusion and printing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to perform under pressure and in challenging working conditions.
