MACHINE OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring efficient and consistent machine operation within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, IFM, Bag tags, etc.) before starting new jobs to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Operate machines according to Work Instructions and IFM to ensure safe and sound runnability.
• Troubleshoot problems and request support as needed to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure the quality of the start-up run with the QC inspector to confirm that finished goods are within specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections according to the Self-Inspection Sheet (OCL) and sign it.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the Team Leader for necessary action.
• Request maintenance support from the Team Leader for corrective maintenance tasks.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure an organized run and sustain 5S conditions for machines and the surrounding workplace.
• Inform helpers about the type of bags and pallets to be used and set the filling scale for the appropriate bag weight.
• Fill daily production data on DPR and ERP and relay it to the Team Leader to track production activities and post it on the ERP system.
• Fill machine parameters forms and relay them to the Team Leader for approval and system logging to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Check product and pallet labels to ensure correct details and packing mode.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience, demonstrating foundational knowledge and practical skills in machine operation and production processes. The role requires an individual who can follow instructions accurately and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working in a manufacturing setting, requiring adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with team members to achieve production goals.
