MACHINE OPERATOR

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience, focusing on ensuring machine efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with standard finished goods specifications.
• Ensure proper cleaning of the production line during the shift and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Set up machines correctly and perform necessary size changes.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials received from and returned to the Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine-related issues.
• Verify that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are in their designated locations.
• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions, and participate in toolbox talks provided by the HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar machine operator role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain machinery effectively.
• Understanding of quality control standards and safety protocols.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region, and involves working in a manufacturing environment. The Machine Operator will collaborate closely with Quality Inspectors, Production Team Leaders, Lead Operators, and Line Setters.
