Join NAPCO as a Machine Operator!
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team in Dammam, Eastern Province. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Checking and loading various raw materials around the clock.
  • Preparing pallets and packing materials as needed.
  • Handling the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing, and transferring of finished rolls.
  • Monitoring the machine and product quality during production.
  • Acquiring necessary paperwork and materials from related sections.
  • Disposing of generated waste responsibly.
  • Assisting the Team Leader, Lead Operator, and other operators as requested.
  • Filling roll/pallet labels accurately.
  • Reporting any quality defects to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A completion of a Machine Operator diploma, or
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, is required. Additionally, candidates must pass a health check proposal cleared by HSE before hiring.
