Maintenance Officer

About the Role

Basamh Group is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves managing and executing maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency, asset reliability, and workplace safety, while adhering to budgetary and regulatory constraints. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize maintenance requests from various sections, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Coordinate with technicians to conduct necessary repairs and maintenance on company assets, including Material Handling Equipment (MHEs).
• Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance plan, ensuring periodic testing and servicing to reduce downtime and improve asset longevity.
• Prepare and track purchase orders for spare parts, ensuring availability of necessary components for maintenance tasks.
• Develop and manage monthly/yearly maintenance plans, aligning with operational needs.
• Investigate maintenance-related incidents, determine root causes, and implement action plans to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Submit monthly reports on maintenance activities, spare parts costs, and overall performance to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe and secure work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of company assets and infrastructure, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and propose training programs to ensure continuous development and enhanced team efficiency.

Experience Required
