Maintenance/Shift Engineer

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance/Shift Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves supporting the physical functionality and safety of the hotel property, ensuring a positive experience for guests and team members. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs for facilities and equipment.
• Document completed inspections and repairs, flagging any issues that require further attention.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
